Product Description
The DZQ series molecular distiller adopts a unique multi pass tube or multi-layer staggered coil condenser, which allows the material to be vaporized and evaporated on the heating surface of the evaporator, and then rapidly condensed on the condensing surface to ensure the effect of short-range distillation. This device can perform processes such as desolvation and multi-stage purification on materials, and has been applied in industries such as VE, dimer acid, pesticide, lactic acid, etc.
The evaporator and condenser are installed in one unit, and the distribution and mixing of the thin film are maintained by a scraping system. The distance between the evaporator and the built-in condenser is very short, and the vapor generated on the evaporation surface can cool and condense on the surface of the condenser with a small pressure drop, thereby achieving material separation under high vacuum conditions.
Polishing of the evaporation surface (inner surface of the main cylinder), uniform film formation of the material solution, and short residence time; The distance from the evaporation surface to the condensation surface is shorter, resulting in lower gas movement resistance and more thorough separation.
The forms of rotor (film scraping device) include movable scraper, hinge scraper, elastic scraper, rolling film, limit hinge scraper, flexible scraper, etc. for customers to choose from.
